I am a leader, mentor, educator, coach and challenge seeker.  I have degrees in Economics and Management, certificates in numerous coaching courses, and over 20 years experience of guiding and mentoring those in my care.  I have managed teams as small as 3 and as large as 300.  I am passionate about helping everyone tap into their strengths so that they can achieve their goals.  This can be a challenging process, but I have the experience, knowledge and patience to support you along the way.
